Getting to know Shannon Sauls

I enjoy most working with clients of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues. I best serve clients who are ready to change and motivated to do the work necessary for that change. Oftentimes my clients come to me stuck, overwhelmed, and eager to move forward with their lives. My greatest strengths as a therapist are authenticity, empathy, and extensive knowledge about mental health. My life experiences make me relatable to a wide array of struggles that clients face because I was made into a therapist and certainly not born as one. My clients often report to me that they immediately feel at ease around me because of my down to earth vibe.
