I am a licensed master’s level social worker with extensive experience helping individuals and families overcome barriers, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and growth. I provide services across Macomb, St. Clair, Oakland, and Wayne Counties, as well as throughout the entire state of Michigan.
I earned my MSW from Wayne State University with a concentration in Psychodynamic Theory, and I am a Certified Trauma Practitioner through Starr Commonwealth, specializing in trauma-informed and trauma-responsive care. My training through Starr Commonwealth strengthens my ability to support clients impacted by childhood trauma, complex trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and stress-related emotional challenges.
In addition to my trauma certification, I am experienced in supporting clients who are seeking help for chronic anxiety and stress, grief and loss during life transitions, and executive functioning strategies for adults with ADHD. Across all of my work, I emphasize early intervention grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep belief in the strength of the human spirit.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop practical skills, and reconnect with their own capacity for growth. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they build the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
