I have gained expertise in areas such as grief and loss, trauma, mood management, ADHD, and integrating various approaches to fit each client's unique needs. My experience spans diverse populations, crisis intervention, inpatient and outpatient settings, educational workshops, and private practice. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University.
