What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach combines Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Adlerian theories. I focus on offering unconditional support and positive regard, acting as a guide to help you find your path toward success and healthy living. Our sessions will take a holistic view, addressing your life as a whole. I believe the mind and body work in harmony, and when they are aligned, growth can happen. In our first session, we’ll review your biopsychosocial history, discuss what counseling involves, confidentiality and privacy, and set goals you’d like to work on throughout our time together. Overall, my style consists of normalizing the counseling experience because I am human too.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session lasts 50 to 55 minutes, and since they’re entirely virtual, you can enjoy the comfort of your own home. Virtual sessions offer flexibility and consistency in scheduling. Many clients share that within a month, they notice positive changes in their lives through therapy. We move at your pace, and while I guide the sessions, I encourage and empower you to feel confident in the decisions you make.
