My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are while helping you build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life you want. I enjoy working with adults from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem concerns, and stress.
