Hi and welcome! Chances are if you've landed here, it's not by accident. You may be contemplating whether to start therapy or perhaps you've already decided to proceed. I can tell you firsthand that therapy is a very rewarding investment in yourself. That said, therapy isn't always easy-it requires intention, transparency, and willingness. It involves discussing some uncomfortable ?stuff.? No, I don't expect you to air out your dirty laundry or share your deepest, darkest secrets. However, I do ask that you come ready and willing to grow, change, and begin your healing journey. Healing is an ongoing process, and for therapy to be effective, you must be invested in that process. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor's degree from Winston-Salem State University, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
