What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, identify meaningful goals, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. I incorporate mindfulness, grounding techniques, and individualized interventions to support each client’s unique journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can move at their own pace. I believe healing happens through small, intentional steps, and my guiding mottos are “One step at a time” and “Take it day by day.” My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and develop tools that support lasting emotional well-being. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, crafting, reading, swimming, traveling, watching television series, and spending time with family and friends.
