I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through life’s most challenging circumstances. My background includes medical social work, where I have helped patients and their families navigate the emotional and practical impact of chronic medical conditions.
I also have specialized experience working with adolescents and parents facing conflict, including supporting families involved in the court system due to divorce or parental disputes. In addition, I have provided counseling for individuals living with mental health concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia.
My career has also included serving within the correctional system, where I supported individuals in their rehabilitation and reintegration. I have worked with employee assistance programs (EAP) to help employees manage workplace stress, as well as with parents to strengthen co-parenting skills and create healthier family dynamics.
No matter the setting, my passion lies in helping people find resilience, healing, and hope while building tools to manage life’s challenges more effectively.
