UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I provide online counseling and have helped clients with trauma, anxiety, coping skills, life transitions, stress management, conflict resolution, communication issues, depression, and adjustment disorders. I incorporate solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play/art therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and person-centered therapy. I believe individuals are the experts of their own lives and sometimes need assistance to gain better insight into this expertise. I hope to be a therapeutic support system on your journey to wholeness, navigating life's challenges, and walking with you on the path to emotional wellness. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, we also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visit are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
