I believe in developing and utilizing a collaborative therapeutic alliance with you. My counseling style is interactive and down-to-earth, using solution-oriented and emotionally focused techniques. We will work to resolve anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and workplace concerns. I can offer you a combination of heart, skill, and understanding to help you achieve your goals. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. I provide a safe and welcoming space for my clients. Collaboratively, I will work with you through your challenges, ultimately building confidence, identifying and utilizing strengths, and finding resolve and peace. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
