What should a new client know about working with you?

My style and therapy approach is simple, easy, and effective. I use an eclectic therapy model approach. Everyone presents with individual and unique situations, and I approach interaction with each person on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to help you get to the core of your concerns that bring you to therapy. In addition, to guide you in ways to sustain learned therapeutic skills for life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session looks like, initially building a positive relationship by taking time getting to know each other. I will collaborate with you to design a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and outcomes that you are expecting to achieve.
