What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy will be open, honest, motivating, and ultimately fun! Trauma focused CBT, TBRI, and cognitive behavioral therapy are the evidence based practices that I typically use. I'm not the conventional therapy most generally think about. I describe myself as living the best of both worlds; I understand the younger generation but I was raised by older cultures so I tend to relate and work well with various individuals. Let's talk and see!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions will typically have a check in period. Then go into reviewing previous topics in our last session or pressing topics you feel need to be discussed. We then work our way into working through the agreed up on top for the remainder of session. We will end with reviewing understanding of the overall session and setting homework if needed.
