What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to begin the process of exploring the challenges that have led to an imbalance in their life and identify cognitive distortions that may be a hindrance. A treatment plan will be developed and reviewed with the client which will include outlined goals and objectives for therapeutic care.

Absolutely wonderful therapist. Uses great visuals and draws from personal experience which makes her incredibly relatable. Unafraid to ask questions but never passes judgment.
I knew on my first visit that I was going to be comfortable with her. She is very easy to talk to listens and gives good advice
She is very down to earth and gives great feedback to the problems I tell her about. I also love that whenever I overcome something she makes me feel good for accomplishing it with a "I'm proud of you" and a big smile!
