With over 21 years of experience and a dual specialization in mental health and schools, I am committed to helping you navigate these challenges. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialties include: CBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems, Expressive Therapies, EMDR trained. You do not have to face life's challenges alone. I collaborate and guide you through the journey of wellness to managing to personal growth, healing and working towards the goals that you create. I am eclectic in my counseling approach and work from a strengths based perspective. I utilizes a wide range of modalities based on individual needs and goals.
