My education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Albertus Magnus College with double majors in Psychology and Sociology as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. I am also a Licensed Master’s of Social Work and School Social Worker in the State of Connecticut.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy helping people become the best version of themselves, finding that baseline, rediscovering their assets in being their most satisfied and peaceful state. My aim is to help restore overall mind, body, and spiritual health that incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapies, life coaching, and holistic approaches.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We first will perform a 15–20-minute mental health consultation through Zocdoc to determine fit within the practice. From there we will send you forms so we can set up an intake evaluation and ongoing sessions. We do not provide medication management. **Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond when scheduling a consultation. Emailing or texting is preferred method of communication**
