What should a new client know about working with you?

The Counselor will work with the client to establish rapport and build trust to develop a safe, nurturing environment for sharing deep emotions and personal experiences. Clients can expect to begin the process of exploring the challenges that have led to an imbalance in their life and identify cognitive distortions that may be a hindrance. A treatment plan will be developed and reviewed with the client which will include outlined goals and objectives for therapeutic care.

Absolutely wonderful therapist. Uses great visuals and draws from personal experience which makes her incredibly relatable. Unafraid to ask questions but never passes judgment.
