My professional journey has taken me through various roles in community mental health agencies, the local judicial system, and other settings where I provided treatment for mood, behavioral, psychotic, and personality disorders. Additionally, I contract with organizations to offer specialized training and seminars, focusing on enhancing employee wellness. I specialize in a wide range of areas including anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, military and veteran support, OCD, phobias, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, psychosis and schizophrenia, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. Working with me means you'll have a supportive and understanding partner in your journey. I am here to listen, guide, and help you navigate through life's challenges.
