What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a direct, honest approach to therapy while creating a supportive and trusting environment. Much of our work will focus on exploring your core beliefs that shape your experiences and identifying patterns that may be a barrier to desired change. I also help clients reconnect with purpose and meaning in their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is to start with a conversation that encourages confidence, trust, and inspiration. Following our conversation, I take a solution focused approach to develop goals which may include healing from past experiences and/or moving forward in desired lifestyle.
