Getting to know Sharyn Ingrum

I believe that we work together to find your healthy path and journey. primarily use talk therapy to help you uncover the roadblocks that your family, relationships, traumas,etc have placed in your way. Should medication be required, we have resources available to get that help. I completed a 2 year training program for couples and family therapy as well.

What should a new client know about working with you?

For couples counseling, I use a 4 part evaluation method. We have a joint meeting, then 2 individual meetings then come together for the results and treatment plan. For individuals, you will receive some assessment tools initially and we will use those tools to guide our work together.
