I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I am a graduate from Florida International University. I find joy in being able to support others who struggle with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, life transition, anger management, family issues and many other things., I'm a firm believer that our mental health should be a priority. Life can be challenging and seasons of life can be very unpredictable. With that being said, I would like to remind you that your cares, concerns, worries and hardships of life all matter. Why, because you Matter! It's time to pour into your emotional and mental wellness.
