My approach I use a blend of CBT and DBT to help you build insight, manage emotions, and develop practical tools for daily life. When helpful, I integrate somatic work, Brainspotting, and parts-based approaches to support healing on both emotional and body-based levels. I also use motivational interviewing to meet you where you are. My focus I work with clients from all walks of life who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I serve feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward and are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves and their experiences. My communication style My communication style is open, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I listen closely and create space for reflection, helping you feel heard and understood. During difficult moments, I remain calm and patient as we move through them together. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to the mental health field by a desire to better understand human behavior and support others through difficult seasons of life. Along my journey, working with clients facing anxiety, depression, and trauma has shown me how impactful a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship can be. My goals for you I believe therapy works best as a collaborative relationship. We’ll focus on goals that feel important and achievable for you, and as your understanding deepens, we’ll adjust the process to support your continued growth and direction.
