I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for children, teens, adults, and families in order to cultivate strong and healthy relationships. I firmly believe in honesty and challenging one to be their best self. Utilizing a client-centered and trauma-informed care approach, I am here to support you in navigating through life's many challenges.
