As a compassionate counselor, I work collaboratively to create an inclusive, safe haven for all adults. I help individuals from diverse backgrounds, religions, ages, sexual orientations, and gender identities to unearth latent strengths, master new skills, and enrich their lives.
A crucial phase in our healing journey is learning to trust and be guided by our intuition. I specialize in adult-diagnosed ADD/ADHD, relationship issues, anxieties, and coping with life transitions and early attachment traumas. I deploy a curious, strength-based systems perspective.
My objective as an Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor is to lighten your emotional load, improve relationships, achieve your goals, and enhance your overall well-being. My approach is informed by my master's degrees in psychology (focus on attachment security) and clinical mental health counseling, and ongoing education.
My therapeutic techniques include Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused therapies, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I welcome your questions about these approaches or what's best for you.
