I’m so glad you’re here. I work with people who are feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety, past trauma, or challenges in relationships. Many of my clients want to feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions, but they’re not sure where to start. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients notice unhelpful thought patterns, shift them in healthier directions, and build practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable. Therapy with me is about making changes you can see and feel in your daily life. Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and if you’re ready, I’d love to walk alongside you on this journey. My approach I believe that no two people heal in the same way. My approach is flexible and adapts to your unique needs, pace, and personality. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover strengths you may not even realize you have, and build new skills that bring relief and confidence. Sometimes that means working through thoughts and feelings in the moment, and other times it means practicing concrete strategies to cope with stress, anxiety, or difficult situations. My role is to support you, guide you, and empower you to reach the goals that matter most to you. My focus I often work with people who feel stuck—whether it’s from trauma that still lingers, constant anxiety that makes it hard to focus, or grief that feels too heavy to carry alone. I also support couples and families who want to improve communication and reconnect in healthier ways. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel understood, and guide you toward building the life you want for yourself and your relationships. My communication style Clients describe my communication style as warm, attentive, and honest. I listen closely to what’s being said—and sometimes to what isn’t being said—and reflect in ways that help you feel truly heard.
