Hi there, As you may have noticed by now, my name is Shawn. Therapy can be a scary step and it can bring with it a ton of questions, a lot of anxiety, and plenty of trepidation. Don't worry, I'm on your team and whatever it is, we'll get through it. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. There tend to be two main groups of people who come to see me: people who've lost their sense of "normal" and want to get it back, and people who may never have gotten to experience a healthy sense of "normal" who'd like to find one. Regardless of which of those two you may be struggling with, we can work together to get to where you'd like to be.
