What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy here is person-centered, meaning sessions are tailored to you — your goals, your pace, your terms. Whether you're looking for structured goal-oriented work or simply need space to process, the approach adapts to what works best for you. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure among others, ensuring you receive the most effective care for your specific needs. Sessions are collaborative, judgment-free.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is a consultation to understand what brought you in, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and whether we're a good fit. From there sessions are 45-60 minutes, typically weekly, and structured around your individual goals. Progress is ongoing and collaborative — you define what success looks like and we work toward it together.
