As a Client Centered Therapist with a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling from Hampton University, I seek to assist you in addressing your concerns, acknowledging your needs, and identifying goals specific to your overall idea of mental wellness. I had an excellent first session with Shawn. He was thoughtful, genuinely attentive, and took the time to explain coping tools using simple, relatable analogies that made everything easy to understand. I also really appreciated the homework he assigned, I actually enjoyed doing it and it helped me feel like I was making progress right away. I’m looking forward to our next session, and I’d absolutely recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a therapist who listens closely and helps you focus on what you truly need to work on.

I have been seeking spiritual and life advice from Shawn for over a year now and he is one of the best. His readings are always on POINT, his intuition is very strong ! Make sure you grab a pad and pen when he is speaking because every gem will help, if it doesn’t make sense now TRUST it will later. His timelines are accurate and his predictions have always come into fruition for me. He is articulate and very emotionally intelligent, he will explain things in a way that helps you understand. He explained my chart in DEPTH and so many other things I didn’t understand before meeting him . He carry’s a very nurturing energy while telling you like it is at the same time. He’s very warm , kind hearted and understanding and makes you feel safe to let it all out! Budget him into your life and you won’t regret it .

My therapist, Shawn, was very professional, on time, and gave me good resources that would help me in my process. I was a bit skeptical because I am older, in my 50s; I thought I would need someone older, BUT he was precisely what I needed. He made me feel comfortable and gave me great feedback. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
