What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and eclectic therapy models to help clients struggling with self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. Together, we work to combat negative thought patterns and develop practical strategies for positive change. By focusing on what’s most important to you, we can make significant strides in improving your mental health and overall well-being. Many of my clients experience great results, noticing a boost in confidence and a more positive outlook on life as we make meaningful, lasting differences together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Anchored Hope CC, our process starts with an initial consultation where we take the time to understand your individual concerns and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we’ll create a person-centered treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, whether you're facing challenges with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Throughout therapy, I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and eclectic models to challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthy coping strategies. You can expect a supportive environment where your personal growth is prioritized. As we move forward, we’ll regularly assess your progress and make adjustments to ensure your needs are met. The outcome is often a stronger sense of self, improved mental health, and the tools you need to maintain a positive, balanced life long after therapy ends.
