Hi there, I'm Shawnnell! I am the Owner and Founder of Enerje Wellness and a licensed clinical social worker with nearly two decades of experience. I am passionate about changing the narrative around mental health in minority communities and helping clients protect their energy through healthy boundaries, self-care, and emotional wellness. My focus I serve individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I hold space for complexity because real healing rarely fits neatly into a single diagnosis or treatment plan. My approach I believe that healing happens in the context of relationship with a therapist who truly sees you, honors your story, and walks alongside you without judgment. My practice was built on the conviction that quality behavioral health care should be accessible, affirming, and deeply human. My journey to mental healthcare I became a mental health provider by earning my Master's of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2007 & obtaining my California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in 2014 after completing the required clinical training and supervised experience.
