Shea specializes in working with individuals who need help with anxiety, grief, depression, marriage counseling, anger management, trauma, family, parent/child and interpersonal relationships, as well as adjustment issues. “Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass… it's about learning to dance in the rain.” We all experience storms in life. Shea's goal is to help you navigate and better understand these experiences, both good and bad, and come out renewed and prepared for the next storm that comes your way.
