What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can have meaningful, honest conversations—sometimes inspiring, sometimes challenging—that help you grow into the version of yourself you want to be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Modern life can feel overwhelming. Many of us feel pressure to be everything for everyone all the time, and that can be exhausting. I love working with adolescents, college students, and young adults to navigate these challenges, build confidence, and develop tools to handle whatever life brings. As a queer woman, I’m passionate about creating an affirming and safe space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re questioning, exploring your identity, or facing other life challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. If you tend to be a people-pleaser or struggle with boundaries, we’ll work together to build healthier patterns—developing confidence, strengthening self-talk, and creating relationships that feel balanced and fulfilling.
