What should a new client know about working with you?

During the initial session, you will have the opportunity to share what feels most important to you in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. This time is dedicated to open communication and helping you feel heard and understood. Together, we will begin building our therapeutic relationship, explore your concerns, and discuss your goals for therapy. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer sense of your needs and a direction for how we can work collaboratively toward healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My greatest strength is my ability to be deeply empathetic while also offering inspiration and hope. I create a safe space where clients feel truly understood, and I encourage them to see their own strengths and resilience. This combination of compassion and motivation allows me to support clients in both healing from the past and moving forward with confidence and purpose.
