Getting to know Sheila Frederick

In nearly 15 years of practice, I have had the privilege of working with patients, loved ones and medical providers to address a variety health issues including, but not limited to, sudden hospitalization, new diagnosis(es), chronic illness, high risk pregnancy, infertility and reproductive concerns, diabetes, cancer, bleeding disorders, end of life, and chronic pain. My professional experiences have provided me with the opportunity to work with hundreds of individuals and their medical providers as they have navigated on their journey to, through and beyond diagnosis. My goal is to provide a safe space for patients, family members and medical providers to work through their thoughts and feelings. The approach to your therapy will be one of collaboration, with me providing support in a non-judgmental environment and you making the final decisions on which path you wish to embark on.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
