Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), born and raised in Michigan. I completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Oakland University, combined with a postgraduate Certification as a Complementary Medicine Wellness Counselor. I have 20 years of professional experience assisting individuals with the struggles created by anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe that each person is unique, and so my approach is person-centered. I have studied to provide the benefit of a combination of traditional therapy and complementary techniques to give my clients alternative options for the growth and healing they desire.
