What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over twenty years of experience in the mental health field, working with youth and families from various backgrounds. I specialize in CBT and have experience working with the Schizophrenic population.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session would focus on updating from your previous session, to see what skills or interventions you have put in place. I would use talk therapy, clinical interventions and help you to develop coping skills to manage in the community.
