With four years of experience working with teens and adults, I focus on helping clients navigate stress, trauma, and personal growth. I am dually licensed in ID and OR hold a certification in Brainspotting. I work with clients who are struggling with trauma, recent or past, and who may be struggling with depression and anxiety. During our initial sessions, we will examine what areas you want to prioritize then move into focused treatment. Most of my clients see a gradual improvement in symptoms within the first month with continued, sustained improvement thereafter. I specialize in using Brainspotting to help you work through emotional blocks and difficult experiences. In our sessions, we'll track where you feel tension in your body to pinpoint the visual focal points tied to those feelings. This gentle, brain-body approach allows us to access and release deeply rooted obstacles while creating a safe space to foster natural healing and lasting relief.
