I highly recommend Sheli. After a traumatic experience with my previous therapist, Sheli made me feel comfortable right away. She has a calming, positive attitude and is very knowledgeable. Within our first 1-2 sessions I had already learned tools that REALLY help on a daily basis. Thank you Sheli!!!!!
