Shella Beauzil, LCSW

Shella Beauzil, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CT
I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, selfdoubt, chronic stress, or the challenges that arise during shifts in identity and life roles. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to explore healthier ways of coping and moving forward. My approach is collaborative and evidencebased. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT to support the balance between acceptance and change, and mindfulness practices to deepen selfawareness and manage stress more effectively. These tools work together to build resilience, emotional balance, and selfcompassion, helping you create meaningful and lasting change in your life. The impact of therapy can be transformative. Clients often leave with greater peace of mind, stronger selfawareness, and renewed hope for the future. Its an honor to walk alongside you in this process and support you in creating the life you want.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
