Hello! I am Shellby. Starting therapy can be very overwhelming. You are taking a big step toward finding your peace and happiness. This can be a very vulnerable time for you, and it is important to find someone who makes you feel safe, supported, and validated. I have been working with individuals for over 25 years to address anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. Let’s get started!
