What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will work alongside you to uncover the cause of your distress or unhappiness. This is a collaborative process that takes time to explore together. During our first session, we will explore the life experiences that bring you in and are driving your distress. We will develop a plan together to help you live the life you want. The majority of clients report improvements within the first month!
