Psychotherapist
CA
I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a relational, brain-based way to support change—especially if you feel stuck. The process can be simple: one preparation session, one medication session, and one integration session to help your brain use what opens. If antidepressants haven’t helped or you’re feeling anxious, low, or disconnected, this may support movement. Many sessions are covered by insurance. I welcome consultations and questions. I also offer focused couples therapy, including a 10-week arc to build safety, clarity, and connection—without blame or shame.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a relational, brain-based way to support change—especially if you feel stuck. The process can be simple: one preparation session, one medication session, and one integration session to help your brain use what opens. If antidepressants haven’t helped or you’re feeling anxious, low, or disconnected, this may support movement. Many sessions are covered by insurance. I welcome consultations and questions. I also offer focused couples therapy, including a 10-week arc to build safety, clarity, and connection—without blame or shame. I help individuals and couples move from stuck patterns into clarity and connection. Through relational therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, I support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re struggling personally or in your relationship, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to help you move forward. If you’re curious, you’re welcome to reach out. Whether you’d like to explore how this might fit into your life, ask questions about the therapies I offer, or simply see if we’re a good fit, I’m happy to connect. No pressure—just a conversation to see what feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Most clients begin by meeting with me virtually for the first few sessions. During that time, we clarify what changes matter most to you and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. From there, I design a thoughtful treatment plan and collaborate with you to ensure it reflects your goals and values. My work often draws from Internal Family Systems (parts work), attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches. That means we explore the different “parts” of you that may carry shame, fear, or protective patterns; we look at how your early relationships shape your current ones; and we pay attention to how your body signals stress or triggers. Together, we build insight and practical change. For clients who feel stuck despite past therapy—or who notice strong internal protectors that make deeper work difficult—I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with medical providers who assess appropriateness and safety.
