Through counseling clients from ages 4 and up, as well as lived experience, I have seen the difference it can make to be genuinely seen and heard. I invite you to take that next step into living your best life by allowing me to see and hear your unfolding story.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I can help by meeting you where you are and moving you to where you want to be. I can provide an unbiased view to the issue(s) you are currently facing. I will come alongside you on your journey and help you get back in the driver's seat. I believe you have all the answers within you, sometimes you just need a little help to uncover them.
