I also feel it is important to create lightness and humor even while exploring what challenges us. My journey to mental healthcare Ever since the age of nine, I've been drawn to work with others in this capacity. I love the experience of allowing something beyond myself to come through me and benefit others. I've been fixated on understanding how the mind works and what makes life worth living for a very long time. I feel so grateful to be able to share and help in this particular way, in the intimate and sacred setting of a therapy session.
