What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a certified Trauma Professional my goal is to help you to move into a space where you can be comfortable in your own skin. I have training in EMDR, IFS, Flash and polyvagal therapy methods in order to give you a wealth of options to tailor your own individual therapy experience. Every patient is different, every therapy approach has to be as well. We will work together to understand your individual experiences and how your body and your brain are impacted together and separately. You will learn how to identify triggers and respond with your full brain intact, thinking brain leading the way, instead of reacting with emotion to your surroundings. You will gain independence, resilience and improve your self confidence.
