I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with clients. Through creating a warm, judgement-free environment, I aim to help you move past stigma, shame, and misconceptions about therapy. I am committed to helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness, gain more effective coping skills, and build deeper connections with themselves and others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first couple sessions will mostly be gathering information about you, collaborating on goals, and forming a treatment plan to guide our work together. As we continue to work together we will check in from time to time to make sure we are on track or to make adjustments when needed. I am here to help you through this roller coaster known as life.
