Hello, I am Shellie. Are you struggling due to a traumatic incident in your life? Are you contending with anxiety, depression, or work-related stressors? I am here to help. I utilize trauma-focused therapeutic modalities to identify how traumatic incidents are impacting your current life. Working together, we can develop a treatment plan that is most beneficial for you. I use person-centered, solution-focused therapy to collaborate as a team with you to reach your therapeutic goals. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Capella University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

My clients can expect that I will consistently treat you with respect, dignity and positive regard. I will help you to gain understanding and insight into the changes you are able to make in your life while providing an atmosphere of acceptance, non-judgment and empowerment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
