I have extensive experience working with various types of trauma and mental health issues, including PTSD, educational challenges, sexual and relationship struggles, and concerns related to anxiety and depression. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an M. Counseling and M. Ed, my background in Faith-Based Counseling, Public Education, Child Protective Services, and the Military deeply informs my practice. It is my pleasure to provide each of my clients with a warm, non-judgmental space where you can work towards achieving your individual or couple goals. I am here to be your strength, to fight for your marriage, and to support you until you can use the tools provided in our sessions to sustain yourself and/or your relationship.
