My approach My approach to treatment is grounded in compassion and evidenced based care, meeting you exactly where you are and walking alongside you toward healing and growth. My journey to mental healthcare My path to therapy is not traditional. I began my career in Architectural Design, then found my true calling traveling the world with NGO's in developing countries. That work sparked a desire to bring those same tools home. I earned my MSW from the University of Utah, spent 15+ years at Huntsman Mental Health Institute and now have my own practice. My goals for you If you're in a place that feels heavy, unclear, or hard to carry - I can help you find solid ground again.
