My name is Shelly Collins, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling from Southern Nazarene University. I have worked with various populations for over 10 years and have a diverse background, including people experiencing trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship problems. I very much like a positive, direct, and open approach to therapy. I believe it is important to find balance in your life, which starts with improving self-esteem and practicing good self-care. I use a person-centered approach, meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed, and therapy should always feel comfortable for you.
