I am passionate about helping others by blending their spiritual walk with their mental health.
My approach
I believe God has gifted me with the spiritual gifts of mercy, discernment & wisdom. I believe that all of us are a work in progress. I want to meet you where you are at and collaborate with you to make your treatment plan and goals, and learn about your background and your relationships. I'm trained in family systems, and all the systems we are a part of affect us positively and negatively. I want to know your story and how you would like it to look for your future.

My communication style
I like to communicate and use reflective listening to get to know you and why you are seeking therapy. I am non-judgmental, and confidentiality is very important to me, so you can feel safe and heard. If you have a question or anything, please feel free to ask me, and I will try to clarify so we can be on the same page.
My journey to mental healthcare
God has been the most important part of me and my family's healing, and God believes in second, third, etc. chances and that He truly is our hope. I went to Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, to be trained in systems therapy, as I believe the systems and relationships we are a part of affect us positively and negatively. I love butterflies because I was once the caterpillar, and with God's help and therapy, I am learning to be the butterfly, and I would like to help you become that too, to fly with freedom. I grew up with rural and city ties, living in the city and going on the weekends to my great-grandpa's farm. My husband and I love music, and he is a musician. I have been a provider since 2005, and we have adult children and grandchildren.
